I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cross Keys hotel and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Upon checking out, I realized I had left my sim cards in the room, and the staff went above and beyond to return them to me promptly - a level of service I truly appreciated. the ironing facilities in the room were a pleasant surprise as I needed to iron my outfit for an event. the sitting area in the room provided a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the garden furniture outside was a lovely touch, allowing me to enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, the Cross Keys hotel truly impressed me with its attention to detail and exceptional amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a convenient location with outstanding service. Thank you, Cross Keys, for making my visit a memorable one.
